With regards to Statement writing, in technical terms, you have not been accepted yet and are therefore not bound by the college, university or entity's guidelines. When asked, "Did you get any help with this book?", she responded, on national television, "I got a lot of help". While her name is listed as the sole author, she did in fact use several ghostwriters. Are you cheating? Again, no. We are taking information that you have supplied, creating a document for you, to your specifications, to which we encourage you to make further changes, to add your unique voice, particularly with word choice. What's the process?
The first step in the writing process is for you determine what type of service you need (such as a 2-page Statement of Purpose), then decide your "turnaround time" (the length of time before you receive your document from us). The turnaround time "clock" starts once we have received a completed 'Client Questionnaire' from you. You will be emailed a 'Client Questionnaire' to complete and submit to us. Once you submit the 'Client Questionnaire' to us, you will be assigned a Personal Writer who will begin work immediately. Additionally, feel free to submit your Resume/CV or other supporting documents such as Letters of Recommendation or any additional notes you may have, concepts which may not have been covered in our 'Client Questionnaire' to your writer. What if I don't like what you wrote?
We do have a free revision policy. This means, upon receiving your document from us, we encourage you to make any changes you like and re-submit the revised document to us, at which point we will review the revisions, and make further changes ourselves and re-submit to you for your approval. Almost all of our clients thoroughly approve of and enjoy the documents we produce from the very first reading. Most of the time, our clients make a few changes on their own and have us review them. Less than 1% of our clients are completely dissatisfied with our work, and of course, are reimbursed after we have made every attempt at meeting their needs. Do you offer Refunds?
Full Refunds are always granted when an Order is placed in error.
